As part of Tabuk vision to become a signification player in the global pharma market, Tabuk management has decided to adopt an organic growth strategy to penetrate the CEE markets. Tabuk Poland and Tabuk Turkey have been establihsed since late 2003 while two more markets will be under establishment as of 2008.
Tabuk Turkey established its own S&M organization during October 2007 to launch its first 2 products to the private market. The next group of products is expected to be launched during Q2-2008. The company has today 10 products under registration in different therapeutic categories including CV and CNS and another 12 products under development planned to be submitted to the Turkish authorities during the coming 6-18 months.
Tabuk Poland adopted different regulatory strategies to approach the very competitive Polish market. Today, many of Tabuk products are under final stage of registration through national as well as European (MRP, DCP) procedures. During 2008, Tabuk Poland in planning to luanch its first wave of products to the polish private market.
As part of its growth strategy, Tabuk is planning to penetrate more Estern European markets like Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic and other CEE markets as of 2009.
