TABUK PLANT (EU-GMP Certified)
TABUK Plant is located on Madina Road, around 15 Km away from Tabuk city and Tabuk airport in the North – Western region of Saudi Arabia. The facilities are covering over 25,000 square meters out of a 100,000 square meters comprising the total site area.
TABUK plant brides itself with the vast collective knowledge and experience of its leadership and personnel, which is one of the main assets of the company. The different departments of the plant are staffed with around 500 employees who came from various backgrounds and disciplines. The employees are distributed as the diagram on the top right corner.
TABUK’s manufacturing facilities consist of two physically separate areas, Cephalosporines and Non-cephalosporines areas. This design is part of Tabuk's culture of compliance with international regulations and maintaining an operation of highest quality.
TABUK has a wide range of products with different capacities for each type. The capacity can be increased substantially with minimum investment to meet customers demand from all over the world.

TABUK has EU-GMP certification, which is a major testimony to the company’s commitment to quality and high standards
TABUK believes that quality is a mindset for every employee therefore the company focuses on training all employees on regular basis to keep their technical and quality practices sharp and up to date.
The Quality Unit consists of 4 major sections:
.Quality Control (chemistry).
.Quality Control (microbiology).
.Quality Assurance.
.Validations.
The large collective experience in the department allows it to run and update itself according to the latest international requirements.
The department is responsible to ensure that all starting materials, manufacturing processes, and final products are in complete compliance with the specifications and requirements. The department is also responsible to ensure that operations and practices in the plant are done in compliance with international GMPs (European and USFDA). The company brides itself with its quality systems which will always ensure that our products will continue to be of the best quality.
Engineering Department
The department is responsible for maintaining all equipments and facilities. It runs its operations based on programs and SOPs developed according to international GMPs. The role of this department is vital to keep the efficiency of TABUK's operation at a high level. This is achieved by keeping all machinery and supporting facilities in working order at all times.
The department consists of three major sections (Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing). Its main objective is to have all markets requirements produced and delivered in a timely manner.
